SHIPPING All orders are generally processed within 48 hours. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery Orders for Submit Gear products within Canada and the U.S. will ship via Fed Ex. Or Canada Post. (International orders, please contact us at info@SubmitGear.com for further instructions. )
WARRANTY Submit Gear guarantees satisfaction or you’re money back. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in it’s original condition within 15 days of receipt for a exchange or refund. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable) Please refer to our “return policy” for further details. Submit Gear warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to the customer. Submit Gear is not responsible for damage caused during shipment.
RETURN POLICY: When making a return you must email us to receive a customer return authorization number. KEEP THIS NUMBER. No returns will be accepted without the proper authorization number. Send the product back referencing the authorization number given and include a copy of your receipt (given at the time of purchase.) You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in it’s original condition within 15 days from date of purchase. Washed and worn garments are not returnable.
